Training Academy - Accounting - Sales Module

This session will equip you with the skills to streamline sales documentation and ensure accurate financial records, it will also provide a comprehensive understanding of the sales process in accounting.

You will learn how to effectively manage:

• sales items and clients, 
• essential documents such as quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes, and statements of accounts. 
• partial invoice and a full contract
• payments received. 

Workshop/Training Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by Attendees
   • 30+ Days Before Workshop/Training: Full refund, minus 100 AED processing fee.
   • 15–29 Days Before Workshop/Training: 50% refund.
   • 7–14 Days Before Workshop/Training: 25% refund.
   • Less than 7 Days Before Workshop/Training: No refund.
   • No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
2. Workshop/Training Rescheduling
   • If the workshop/training must be rescheduled, attendees will have the option to:
     • Retain their ticket for a new date.
     • Receive a full refund if the new date does not suit them, provided they notify within 7 days of the new date announcement.
3. Cancellation by CCI France UAE
   • In the unlikely event of a cancellation by CCI France UAE, all attendees will receive a full refund.
   • CCI France UAE is not liable for additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g., travel or accommodation).
4. Transfer of Ticket
   • Attendees may transfer their tickets to another individual by notifying CCI France UAE no less than 8 days prior to the workshop/training.
