POSTPONED | Business Delegation in Saudi Arabia

The French Business Council Dubai & Northern Emirates with the support of the French Embassy in Saudi Arabia and Business France office in Saudi Arabia organizes a companies’ delegation in Riyadh.

This business delegation aims to provide a first approach to the Saudi market to better understand the economic environment, local business practices, opportunities and promising sectors, consisting of the following elements:

• Introduction to the market and business practices by the French authorities based in Saudi Arabia,
• Collective meeting with long-time locally-based French entrepreneurs,
• Site visits and local institutions,
• 2 half-days of personalized B2B meetings for each company of the delegation,
• Cocktail dinner for networking with local actors.

The mission will be led by:

Fees

• FBC Members: AED 12,075 (VAT included)
• Non Members: AED 15,750 (VAT included)

These fees are including:

• 3 hotel nights 4*  (local) with breakfast
• Airport transfers for participants taking the recommended flights
• Collective transport in minibus during the stay
• Meals and cocktails mentioned in the program
• Local organization, coordination and support by 2 FBC representatives on site
• The B2B meetings program with dedicated transportation
• Site visits

These fees are not including:

• Visa fees
• Dubai – Riyadh return flights tickets
• Airport transfers for participants who are not taking the recommended flights
• Any personal expenses not mentioned in the program

Any registration will be validated as soon as it is paid.

Time difference: Riyadh time = Dubai time - 1 hour

NB: The FBC reserves the right not to validate a registration if the project of your company in Saudi Arabia is not in adequacy with the general objectives of our mission or if our partners are not able to propose you appointments relevant business in the industry of interest.
