Stéphanie Reniers, a Belgian entrepreneur, has dedicated over 15 years to recruitment and consulting through her companies, Gentis, founded with 3 partners in April 2011, where they started as a team of four, and its tech branch, Wiggli, which she also co-founded. Today, Gentis has grown into a thriving team of over 500 members from more than 40 nationalities.
