Hassina is Senior Executive Officer of ARDIAN Limited and Managing Director – Lawyer. She holds a Master Degree in Law (M&A, Tax and Business law) and has over 17 years post qualification experience in Private Equity funds (Buyout Funds and Funds of Funds), Real Assets Funds (Real Estate and Infrastructure), Corporate matters (corporate law of the Group companies), Contract law and Litigation and insurance.
Through her extensive exposure and involvement in Ardian’s business, Hassina has acquired significant senior level experience since she joined Ardian in 2006. She has evolved within the Fund Structuring department and has more recently, played a crucial role as Senior Executive Officer of ARDIAN Limited by developing and leading corporate strategy and by formulating innovative business solutions to mitigate risk and ensure corporate efficiency.
