Céline Farhat, Senior Associate in MENA LEGAL, has over 10 years’ experience as legal and business consultant in the Middle East region. 
Celine studied Business Law in the University of Rennes I (France) and holds a certificate as “Legal Consultant for Companies” (Juriste Conseil en Entreprise - DJCE). 

She  advises  companies  and  individuals  on  various  corporate  and  legal  aspects  such  as incorporation  or  restructuration  of  companies,  employment  related  matters  (agreements  and dispute) on both side employer/employees, management organisation, commercial agency and distribution agreements and dispute, protection of shareholders, debt collection…
