UAE Inter-Businesswomen Councils Forum - 2nd edition

Under the CCI France UAE French Emirati Women Committee initiative, Sharjah Business Women Council and Abu Dhabi Business Women Council business communities came together for the 2nd edition of the UAE inter-businesswomen councils’ forum on “The AI Revolution: Reimagining Work, Policy, and Skills”. 

Welcome notes from each business council’s representative were the starting point. Mrs. Nathalie Amiel-Ferrault 1st VP in CCI France UAE Board, highlighted in her speech the role of the CCI France UAE and its women committee, in supporting the impactful business leadership of Emirati and French women, and the event importance in being a milestone in our journey towards a more empowered, inclusive, and prosperous business community in the UAE.

More than 300 attendees listened to panelists discussing the pressing topics of the moment:

- A panel on "AI Transformation & Businesses" tackling Regulating AI, Responsible AI & Ethics and Implementation, moderated by Rokia Moukite Director - Senior Corporate Banker, BNP Paribas, with the participation of Hassina Harkati Managing Director, Lawyer & Deputy Head, Ardian Limited, Dr. Halima Al Naqbi Assistant Professor in the Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology Department at Khalifa University, Dr. Muna Al-Suwaidi Programs and Projects advisor, Ministry of Culture and Wafa Hamad Mohamed Algallabi Founder of Nutrigenics.

- A Business Case Live Solving session on “How to Go About AI as a Business Owner – Strategy 101”, led by Naima Al Falasi Senior VP - Portfolio Strategy at Mubadala, with Futtaim Bel Jaflah Founder of Erada.

- A Fireside Chat session on “Fueling Growth: Fundraising, Revenue Generation, and Customer Experience”, with Eva Levesque Senior Editor Arabian Gulf Business Insight (AGBI) in conversation with H.E. Shaikha AlNowais Vice President of Owner Relationship Management, Rotana & Board member of ADBWC.

- The last panel discussion on “What is the Future of Work” discussing the Skills of the future, Talent acquisition and Managing KPIs, moderated by Sara Khoja Partner at Clyde & Co, with the participation of Rawdha Al Meraikhi Director of Outreach, MBZAI University, Sidonie Aubert Emotional Intelligence Coach (ICF certified) - Leadership Facilitator – EQ trainer – ‘EQ Coaching’ founder, Shafia AlKhyeli Founder & CEO SOUL Decoration Design & Implementation and OSOOL Engineering Consultants, and Zaineb Farooq VP Organization Effectiveness, Chalhoub Group
