Co-presided by the Honorary Presidents HH Dr. Sheikha Shammaa Bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural and Educational Institutions and Mrs. Françoise Niemtchinow – Spouse of the Ambassador of France to the UAE and Executive Coach.

The French Emirati Women Committee by CCI France UAE is a platform supporting the effective and influential Business Leadership of Emirati and French women as accomplished businesswomen or entrepreneurs, to anchor and help grow their role as vital partners in the economic development of the UAE & ensure a better integration of French companies into the UAE economic structure.

Its mission focuses on:

• Develop women’s skills in leveraging their network 
• Support and promote businesses and entrepreneurship opportunities through best practices exchanges on defined subjects
• Develop their skills through the creation of shared tools.

Through the following actions: 

• Talk series / Conferences / Webinars  with relevant speakers
• Development workshops for the advancement of their professional projects (i.e. Negotiations skills, Elevator Pitch, Networking skills)
• Mentoring Program
• Graduates Forum
• Internship opportunities in French companies
