Our client specialized in the perfume and cosmetic industry is looking for its new Brand Manager.
Mission
Play the role of brand representation
- Production of brand newsletter on quarterly basis
- Ensure as much as possible that the brand guidelines are respected
Manage product portfolio to contribute to brands development:
- Development of specific catalogues for the brands depending on the type of merchandising
- Launch of the novelties with major launch / soft launch according to the potential of the product
- Development of specific animations according to the brand specificities
Implement new product launches
- Create / update order form
- Communication to the area sales manager the main information related to the launch (price, presentation)
- Development of specific podiums / merchandising displays to support the launches
Implement promotions and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan
- Animation of the POS during the launches with in store podium, mall podium, visuals
Create and adapt planograms
- Development of specific planogram according to the locations and the references available
- Update of the planogram with the new launches
Initiate & Organize Customers and Press Events
- Organization of press events and VIP events
Develop/ Create Brand displays (Counter/ Back wall…) based on brand merchandising guidelines
- Design personalized displays in accordance with brand guidelines
- Follow up on production for quality control and respect of technical plans
- Ensure good installation and proper merchandising of new units
Interact effectively with other departments (sales, logistics,) to support marketing objectives
- Work closely with the sales department (daily basis + monthly meeting) regarding all the marketing aspects
- Development of specific marketing plans for all the countries
