Unlock your Full Mental Potential and strengthen your Positive Mind!

This is exactly what Positive Intelligence offers—an innovative method developed by Shirzad Chamine that teaches us how to shift control from our inner “saboteurs” (negative thought patterns) to our “sage” (our wiser, calmer self).    

Why should you care about Positive Intelligence?    

We all have mental patterns that hold us back—self-doubt, perfectionism, procrastination, fear of failure, over-control... These negative voices, known as saboteurs, hijack our thoughts and limit our potential.    

The good news? Just like a muscle, our brain can be trained to quiet these saboteurs and strengthen our ability to respond with confidence, clarity, and resilience.    

How does the method work?    

Positive Intelligence is based on neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and leadership research to help us improve our Positive Intelligence Quotient (PQ)—our ability to maintain a positive mindset even in challenging situations.    

Here are the three core steps of the method taught during a 7-week programme:    

1. Identify Your Saboteurs      

Everyone has an inner “Judge” (our inner critic) accompanied by other saboteurs, like the Perfectionist, the Controller, or the Avoider. Recognizing these voices is the first step to intercepting and overcoming them.    

2. Activate Your "Sage"  

Your Sage is the part of you that responds with wisdom, creativity, curiosity, calm and clarity. The method includes practical exercises to strengthen this positive mindset.    

3. Train Your Brain Daily    

Through short, two-minute mental exercises throughout the day, you build new neural pathways, making it easier to react positively instead of with stress or negativity.    

This programme is supported by an App, videos, audios and exercises that guide you step by step over the 7 weeks, as well as a weekly session with your coach to apply this method to your personal goals.
