1.1 Course Description

The Certificate in Human Resources Fundamentals program is designed to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental skills and information necessary in the human resources domain. This comprehensive program spans 30 hours, featuring interactive sessions that combine theoretical learning with practical applications. It is specifically designed for individuals who are new to HR or those transitioning into HR roles, ensuring they acquire the foundational competencies necessary for success in a dynamic workplace.

Throughout the program, participants will engage in a variety of learning activities, including case studies, group discussions, role-playing exercises, and hands-on projects. This multifaceted approach not only promotes active learning but also allows participants to apply HR concepts in real-world scenarios, fostering deeper comprehension and retention.

Day 3 Performance Management Essentials Appraisal Methods, Goal Setting, and Effective Feedback Techniques. Navigating Labor Laws in UAE: Understanding Employment Contracts and Compliance Challenges.
Day 4 Building Positive Workplace Relationships Mastering Effective Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Negotiation Strategies.
