2025RS05 - Finance and Admin Manager

The company focuses on understanding affluent and high-net-worth consumers, providing insights on brand positioning, product development, and market trends to help businesses grow and connect with their target audience.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Finance and Admin Manager to take charge of a wide range of financial, administrative, and HR responsibilities within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cross-border financial frameworks, tax compliance, and human resources management. This role will be based in Dubai. 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Oversee financial management and consolidation of accounts.
•    Manage cross-border legal and financial tax frameworks.
•    Administer employee leave, benefits, and payroll.
•    Handle performance management and onboarding of new staff.
•    Provide operational support for the company’s overseas branches.
•    Prepare invoices, sales contracts, monthly financial reports, profitability, and cash flow statements.
•    Implement and develop effective HR practices, policies, and a company culture aligned with organizational objectives.
•    Coordinate company travel arrangements and handle expatriate and management administration.
•    Manage general office administration, including flight reservations, stationery, housekeeping, etc.
•    Submit quarterly government statistics surveys.
•    Oversee the company’s client onboarding process and manage all related paperwork.
•    Review and handle vendor and partner legal requirements.
•    Manage vendor relationships and ensure clear communication.
•    Review legal documents, partner, and client agreements, and provide recommendations.

Qualifications:
•    At least a Diploma in Accounting, Business, or equivalent (LCCI or ACCA qualifications with relevant work experience are also accepted).
•    Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience, ideally within an agency setting.
•    Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
•    Strong knowledge and understanding of the UAE Employment Act and sales contracts.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work independently.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•    Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
