2025RS03 - Membership & Sponsorship Development Manager
CCI France UAE is looking for a Membership & Sponsorship Development Manager for its Marketing, Events & Communication department.
Direct report to Marketing, Events & Communications Director
Full-time position based in Dubai office
OVERALL, PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
• Develop and implement membership acquisition and sponsorship commercial strategies according to the objectives of CCI France UAE
• Compile and present, together with Deputy Managing Directors, the guidelines and strategy for the overall membership strategy (acquisition and renewal)
• Support the Marketing, Events & Communications Director on developing Marketing campaigns according to the Membership acquisition strategy.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive financial targets and budget for the membership acquisition with the support of Finance. Review it with the Deputy Managing Directors
• When needed by the CCI France UAE, develop, and establish commercial and profitable partnerships (i.e. barters) with key clients.
• Monitor the performance of membership activities and prepare, together with finance reports, for the Marketing, Events & Communications Director.
• Provide strategic advice to the Marketing, Events & Communications Director so that they will have an accurate view of membership development and growth.
• In charge of recruiting new sponsors for events
• Execute together with the Account Managers Team the annual sponsoring strategy defined by the management.
• In charge of the sponsors offers packages and design with the support of the Marketing, Events & Communications Director
• In charge of developing & implementing an onboarding strategy and opportunities for new members and sponsors
• Be a super-user of the CRM, with a particular focus on the membership module.
• Support events when needed.
