Our client is a leader in programmatic media buying, skillfully managing digital activations across all platforms. Leveraging advanced technology and human expertise, the company ensures sustainable audience engagement through multi-DSP buying and customized message tailoring (DCO). Operating from regional hubs worldwide, they manage over 100 markets. The company is strengthening its presence in the Middle East and seeks a proactive Key Account Manager to support clients and partners in the region.
This high-growth, fast-paced consultancy role demands specific expertise in digital media and the programmatic marketplace, along with a proven track record in digital media recommendations and client servicing.
Key job responsibilities
• Support sales team with deeper insights to work on RFP responses, new client wins and onboarding
• Work closely with agencies, or direct clients to provide day-to-day account servicing support
• Develop digital programmatic advertising recommendations that deliver against client business needs & objectives.
• Display a strong working knowledge of all current forms of new media (display, mobile, video, social, data, rich media)
• Actively identify local publisher and data deals to enhance our regional direct deals
• Utilize Salesforce to consistently and accurately record current live and upcoming activity
• Day-to-day coordination with trading, technology and analytics team for campaign management and custom dashboard
• Monthly coordination with Finance Dept. to ensure seamless invoicing-collection process
Skills & Knowledge you should possess:
• Has in-depth experience and a proven track record in programmatic and/or digital media account management
• Currently working in the digital media/programmatic/RTB/network space
• Experience in RTB/programmatic
• 2 to 3 years of experience in digital media advertising, ad ops and media planning
• Solid communication, presentation and relationship building skills
• Specific knowledge of programmatic industry trends, platform, technologies and pricing models
• Strong analytical skills supported by advanced numerical, Microsoft excel and presentation skills
• Candidates with English and French verbal and written skills, Arabic will be a plus.
Education: Masters or Bachelor’s Degree or comparable combination of education/experience.
