2024RS15 - Brand Manager

Looking for a Brand Manager to work for a Dubai-based company dealing in the perfumes & cosmetics industry. 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to oversee both the sales and marketing efforts for our prestigious niche perfume brands. Based in Dubai, this role reports directly to the Managing Director and requires a proactive leader capable of driving growth across the Middle East region.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the niche perfume industry and possess strong sales and marketing expertise, with the ability to seamlessly coordinate strategies between local markets and the brand headquarters in France.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and set the annual sales budget in collaboration with clients and new business prospects.
  • Monitor sales performance across all channels and implement actions to ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Regularly visit stores across the Middle East, providing hands-on support and organizing necessary training sessions with clients to optimize brand presence and staff performance.

Marketing & Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with the brand's headquarters in France to develop and execute a localized marketing plan that aligns with the brand's global strategy.
  • Design and implement tailored marketing initiatives specific to the Middle East market to drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on product launches, sales performance, and marketing activities to guide future strategies.
  • Oversee public relations efforts, ensuring the brand maintains a strong presence across relevant media and industry platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand management within the niche perfume sector, with a focus on both sales and marketing.
  • Previous experience in the Middle Eastern market, with a strong network of industry contacts, being highly advantageous.
  • A degree from a leading European business school.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive results.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
