2023RS02 - Junior Sales & Marketing Executive
Looking for a trainee for a period of 6 months, that could be extended.
The trainee period could also be switched into an unlimited contract with the company.
Company:
The company is a Regional Master Distributor of Niche Perfumes. We sell our brands to retailers directly or sub-distributors. We act on the following territories: UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and KSA.
Position:
Junior Sales Executive to work in a Dubai based company dealing in the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry. The candidate will be managing the sales department and marketing department, reporting directly to the owner and managing director.
The job consists of two aspects:
Sales:
- Manage our retail network in UAE
- Make sure the sales targets are met on monthly basis in following closely the staffs / stores / sales per products, and develop the necessary Sales & Marketing tools to reach our target
- Train the staff
- Visit each store at least twice a month (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain)
Marketing / Communication:
- Set up and execution of the marketing plan for each of our brands in relation with clients / suppliers / MD
- Preparing Launch / Sales / Marketing reports
- Manage the social network monthly plan for our own perfume brand.
The job is 50% Sales and 50% Communication.
- The candidate must be in a European Business School.
- Strong personality skills and managerial skills.
- Very good English and French. Arabic will be an advantage.
- Skills: Self-Autonomy, Organized, Motivated, excellent on Microsoft Office.
Future Promotion: Possibility to develop the sales in other markets such as Europe.
