Thibault has been working at Hermès for the past 12 years, in Paris, Milan and Dubai.

He has been based in Dubai since October 2016 and has been spending one week per month in India, between Mumbai and Delhi.

Thibault grew up in France and graduated from EM Lyon Business School (MSc in Management) and Paris Dauphine University (BSc in Applied Economics and Financial Engineering).

He worked 2 years in London as an Financial analyst before joining Hermès.
