Savio is a seasoned infrastructure and PPP professional with 30-year experience in construction, project development, deal structuring and project finance.  Focusing on PPPs and Concessions, Savio has held many roles on the government, advisory and developer sides.

He has extensive experience in leading PPP bids covering the design development, commercial / legal negotiations, and project / corporate financing schemes,  all leading to successful pricing both in North America and the Middle East. Savio is also an experienced asset manager having led to substantial completion many projects such as the 700 bed Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in the Greater Toronto Area.
