Russ Porter, CMA, CFM, CSCACFO and Senior Vice President for Strategy, Technology and Analytics at IMA® (Institute of Management Accountants)

Russ Porter is currently the CFO and Senior Vice President for Strategy, Technology and Analytics at IMA® (Institute of Management Accountants), a professional membership organization supporting and promoting the accounting and finance profession around the world.

In this role, Russ is responsible for ensuring the financial well-being of the organization, as well as developing the long-term strategy to adopt and promote technologies that enhance team capabilities, including advanced analytics, both in the organization and in the broader accounting and finance profession.

Russ worked in accounting and finance for the IBM Corporation for over 28 years before joining IMA in 2021.
