- Investor in F&B, Healthcare and Education start-up businesses in the Middle East
- Conducted commercial due diligence for the acquisition of a value-segment e-Commerce player
- Evaluated the market opportunity and entry strategy in the GCC for toys, within both e-commerce and brick and mortar
- Conducted a market assessment of the e-commerce market in the UAE to identify any disparity between local and international retailers and provided associated policy recommendations
- Conducted commercial due diligence for the acquisition of an online food delivery player
- Conducted commercial due diligence for the acquisition of a foodservice business operating in a number of countries across the GCC
