Mebs ELAHIIT, Digital and Cyber Security Director, RATP Dev Middle East and North Africa

Mebs Elahi has more than 20 years of experience in managing and developing teams to deliver high quality IT, OT, Digital and Cyber Security services that enable business ambitions, increase customer satisfaction whilst ensuring the security of critical assets. He holds extensive experience across various industries including Media and Entertainment, Manufacturing and Rail/Public Transport.

Mebs Elahi holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Salford. He started his career at Sony Pictures International in London in 2006, where he held a series of positions ranking from UK Business Manager to Regional Infrastructure Manager.

In 2011, he joined the Michelin Group as Zone Infrastructure Performance Manager, then became Zone Infrastructure Manager - Africa, India and Middle East and Regional Head of IT, Middle East, Africa and India, based in the United Arab Emirates.

Moving on from the automotive business to public transport, Mebs Elahi joined RATP Dev in 2019 in Dubai as IT Director. In 2023, he became IT, Digital and Cyber Security Director of RATP Dev Middle East and North Africa.
