Mazouz Oumelkheir is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive track record of over 20 years in advocacy, fundraising, and humanitarian and international development. Her expertise spans the MENA region, Asia, the USA, Europe, and Africa.

Currently, Mazouz is an executive board member for Sheikha Fatima Fund Box for Women Refugees, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing their mission. She also led corporate social responsibility efforts at Etihad Airways, a prominent aviation group. Additionally, Mazouz serves as the Goodwill Ambassador for Grace Conservation under ERC and holds the esteemed position of Global Wellness Ambassador of NWI US.

With a proven record of success in developing and implementing CSR strategies aligned with SDG goals and UAE Vision, Mazouz has demonstrated exceptional leadership in various organizations. She leads a dedicated team focused on corporate social responsibility, diversity, inclusion, and women's empowerment.

Mazouz's passion for supporting women refugees and people of determination locally and globally is evident in her work, where she has skilfully tailored several projects to improve their lives while aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Her expertise extends to strategic leadership in ESG strategy, sustainability projects, environmental management, community-investment programs, employee engagement, and equality management within domestic and global social and humanitarian institutions.

Currently, Mazouz is actively engaged in developing an ecosystem platform that serves as a collaborative hub, bringing together individuals, organizations, and public and private sectors. The platform's primary objective is to drive joint initiatives focused on social impact, with a strong emphasis on community engagement, humanitarian aid, sustainable development, and the critical role of corporate social responsibility in advancing progress toward the SDGs. Key areas of focus within the platform include Quality Education (SDG-4), Gender Equality (SDG-5), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG-8), Reduced Inequalities (SDG-10), and Partnerships for Goals (SDG-17).

Through this platform, partner companies have the unique opportunity to leverage their resources and expertise to effect positive change within the communities in which they operate. The platform incorporates a sports mission aimed at promoting health and wellness through sporting activities, as well as a volunteering mission designed to encourage employee engagement and community involvement through volunteer initiatives.
