Marco Riggio is the Managing Director of Triskelion International. Over the last 25 years Marco has accumulated a diverse international experience in launching, scaling and developing organizations, businesses and brands, combining strategic thinking with a practical hands-on approach. Marco has a comprehensive knowledge and experience in cross-border strategic alliances and is an enthusiastic mentor of early stage ventures in the consumer space.


In the past decade, Marco has been focused on the Indian beauty market. Currently, Triskelion represents Galeries Lafayette and ABFRL in beauty for the launch of the first international department store in India. Marco is also investor and advisor to multiple beauty startups such as Vanity Wagon, India’s largest clean beauty platform.


Prior to founding Triskelion International, Marco held various senior management positions of escalating responsibility at L’Oréal. Throughout his assignments in Europe, the Middle East and India, he was responsible for defining and executing the Luxury Division’s brand portfolio strategy and ensuring coherence and development of the business and individual brands strategies.


Marco started his career in banking with UBS Switzerland before carrying out assignments in Africa, the Balkans and Asia for the International Committee of the Red Cross.


Marco holds an Oxford MBA from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
