Jinane KABBARARegional IP Counsellor in the French embassy in UAE

Jinane Kabbara is the Regional IP Counsellor in the French embassy in UAE. Jinane conducts cooperative actions on IP with the local authorities. She also provides a regulatory and legal watch in the region and supports French companies doing business in the Middle East when needed.

Before starting this position, Jinane worked for six years as a patent examiner and Customer Relations Manager at the French industrial property office working for the biggest French accounts. Jinane worked for five years as Research Engineer and four years as a lecturer of Civil engineering at Blaise Pascal University and CESI school of Engineering in France.

Jinane holds a Phd in Civil Engineering from Blaise Pascal University and a Postgraduate diploma in Intellectual Property with a specialization in patents from the University of Strasbourg, France.
