Felicie is an experienced HR executive with more than 20 years’ experience spanning France, Italy and Middle East within Multinational Companies (bank, telecommunication, logistics and trading).

Her key areas of expertise are performance and talent management, international mobility, reward and retention strategy, change management in multicultural environment, employee engagement, workforce budgeting, training.

Prior to Société Générale, Felicie worked for Louis Dreyfus Commodities as Head of HR Middle East and Africa. She previously worked for FedEx as Head of HR, Middle East from 2005 until 2011.

Felicie holds a master’s degree in HR Management from the Paris Dauphine University and a Bachelor from University Paris Sorbonne.

Felicie is member of the “Women Empowerment Committee” CCI France UAE.
