Abeer Alhaj ALMEHAIRBITally & Co Founder and Middle East Regional Director - Archipel&Co.

Abeer ALMEHAIRBI is the founder of a leading social and environmental impact entrepreneur consultancy firm, TALLY & CO.  She is also ME Regional Director for Archipel&Co, is a consulting firm specialized in testing and scaling business solutions to social challenges.  She also hold a position at ADNOC Onshore as Executive Advisor.  Abeer has more than 20 years of experience in strategic development and business improvement in Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Capital.  Abeer has had the opportunity to add a range of capabilities to her diversify expertise in CSR, identify and assess societal challenges and risks, ensure community engagement and measure corporate positive impact, consultancy, SDGs, women empowerment, career development, competency base assessment, people performance and leadership, just to name a few.

Abeer started her career once graduated, worked in a family business enterprises for 6 years.  Provided strategic studies and supervised office operations for construction firm with approximately 100 employees.

In year 2006 worked for the Institute of International Education in San Francisco Managing the Women in Technology Program. Represented the Institute of International Education’s Women in Technology (WIT) Program in the United Arab Emirates and work collaboratively with IIE’s San Francisco-based WIT team to implement the program throughout the UAE in partnership with Women Union. Launched and managed 7 centers in different cities across the UAE, and empowering women with a sustainability business plan.

In 2009 joined ADNOC within the Group National Recruitment Department, developed statistical studies, business improvement proposals, designed follow up processes, and implemented new people performance system.

Joined ADNOC Onshore in 2011 with the Human Resources Division, developed, implemented and maintained the job evaluation system.  Leading and managing the Learning & Career Management department, supporting more than 6000 employees.  Was responsible in developing discipline development framework for all disciplines, reviewing the Technical Competencies, execute Learning Academies, and to integrate Assessment Tools for competence quality assurance. 

In 2017, Abeer completed the UAE National Happiness Program, as the first patch graduated by His Highness UAE Prim Minister.

Contributed in different volunteer working at the General Women’s Union and the UAE Red Crocsent. Spent one year in a special mission at Total, a leading French oil & gas company, as Corporate Social Responsibility Manager. Deploying Total CSR objectives, identify and assess societal challenges and risks, ensure community engagement and measure corporate positive impact.
