In the coming session, Nicole MALIK, Recognised International Humanitarian, will be sharing with you some of the insights gained from her fourteen years of international experience. Nicole helped to inform the WEPs toolkit, performed webinars for WEPs and have worked on gender issues all around the world.
During the session, she will:
- Share key facts and data to establish the business case on gender equality and women empowerment in the workplace
- Explain the WEPs Gap analysis tool
- Share best practices and examples of what can be done by companies across the 7 principles.
- Showcase a strategy sample on how WEPs or women's empowerment can be a strategic business imperative and fully integrated into the business strategy.
