Dumon Partners and Princeps Strategy ("DPPS") have decided to join forces in April 2020 as part of a strategic alliance to best meet the expectations of their customers as identified at the time of the global Covid-19 crisis.
DPPS has a global calling, but has had particular expertise in the Near and Middle East, Central Asia and the African continent for 20 years. DPPS will serve its clients in particular on the following subjects:
- Actions in an uncertain world,
- Production of strategic and actionable information,
- Operational support for transformation,
- Legal support on deals in a changing situation and / or in a crisis situation,
- Renegotiation of deals in crisis situations.
In this context, Princeps Strategy will provide upstream support to Dumon Partners’ entrepreneurial and multinational clients in the following areas:
- Strategic intelligence,
- Economic intelligence,
- Government and institutional affairs,
- Safety,
- Support for corporate, commercial and financial development in moving areas.

Dumon Partners et Princeps Strategy (« DPPS ») ont décidé de se rapprocher en avril 2020 dans le cadre d’une alliance stratégique pour répondre au mieux aux attentes de leurs clients telles qu’identifiées au moment de la crise globale Covid-19.
DPPS a une vocation globale, mais détient une expertise toute particulière sur le Proche et Moyen Orient, l’Asie centrale et le continent Africain depuis 20 ans. DPPS servira ses clients notamment sur les sujets suivants :
- Actions en monde incertain,
- Production d’informations stratégiques et actionnables,
- Appui opérationnel à la transformation,
- Appui juridique sur deals en situation mouvante et/ou situation de crise,
- Renégociation de deals en situation de crise.
Dans ce cadre, Princeps Strategy viendra en support et en amont de l’accompagnement de Dumon Partners auprès de leurs clients entrepreneurs et multinationales dans les domaines suivants:
- Intelligence stratégique,
- Intelligence économique,
- Affaires gouvernementales et institutionnelles,
- Sûreté,
- Appui au développement corporate, commercial et financier en zone mouvante.
